Neighborhood
This apartment is located on the world-famous Croisette street. Situated in a residential area, you'll be charmed by the calm of its location in the center of town. Port Canto is surrounded by small shops such as a cheese factory, a patisserie and a bakery, all within walking distance of the apartment. There's also a supermarket for larger provisions. Just a 9-minute walk away, you'll find the Place de l'Etang, famous for its pétanque courts and restaurants. Just a few meters from this square, you'll arrive at Cannes' most famous beaches: Le Mouré-Rouge and Palm Beach. These beaches welcome sports enthusiasts for kitesurfing, kayaking and snorkeling, as well as those who come to relax in the waterside cafés.
If you're more in the mood for a party, you'll find the lively Baôli dance restaurant or the waterfront Ecrin just a few minutes from your accommodation.
Transit
The apartment has no private parking. Street parking is available subject to availability. These are generally subject to a charge.
Cannes train station is 1.9km from the apartment (about 23 minutes on foot).
The Palais Des Festivals is 1.8km away (about 22 minutes on foot).
Nice airport is 22.4km away, i.e. about 35 minutes by car, 40 minutes by bus (arriving at Cannes station), 25 minutes by train (arriving at Cannes station).

Before you leave, it's imperative that you've disposed of your rubbish and washed your dishes.
Parties and pets are not permitted. The apartment is non-smoking.
For the sake of your neighbors, please respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Linen will be provided and will include :

Please note that we can provide beach towels at an additional cost.
Arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm. Departures are at 10 a.m.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
