The ideal apartment for your vacations thanks to its top-of-the-range features. This 71m2 2-room apartment offers a beautiful sea view from the living room and access to the 15m2 terrace. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and access to a 12m2 garden-facing balcony.
The apartment has wifi, TV, access to the residence's two swimming pools and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Space
This attractive 3-room apartment is located in the Maeva residence in Juan les Pins, with large gardens, 1 children's pool and 1 adult pool, and access to self-parking.
This apartment is composed as follows:
- Living room with sofa, TV, wifi
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, traditional oven, steam oven, grill, hob, dishwasher, kitchen utensils.
- Terrace accessible from 15m2 living room with outdoor furniture and sea view.
- Bedroom 1: double bed 180x200 cm, air-conditioning, access to 12m2 balcony.
- Shower room 1: adjoining bedroom 1 with shower, washbasin and dressing room in shower room (no toilet)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200 cm), dressing room, air-conditioning, access to garden balcony communicating with bedroom 1.
- Shower room 2: shower, washbasin (located in the corridor, no toilet)
- Separate WC located in the corridor in the apartment (1 WC for the apartment).
The apartment has air conditioning (in the bedrooms, not in the living room), wifi, TV in the living room.
The swimming pool is open all year round from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm. It's an unheated outdoor pool with no lifeguard. There are no deckchairs around the pool.
Parking is available in the residence, along the side of the building. There is no assigned parking space.
Access
You will have access to the entire apartment.

Throughout your stay, you will be in contact with someone from our agency to ensure that your vacation runs smoothly.
Please confirm your arrival time no later than the day before your arrival, so that someone can arrange to meet you on site to welcome you and hand over the keys. As we do not have a reception on site, you must confirm your appointment time in advance.
Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm.
Departures are at 10am.
Transit
Bus line 8 is at the bottom of the building and takes you to the train station, Antibes old town and downtown Juan les Pins. It's very convenient, so you won't need to take a cab from the station if you're coming by train.
Nice airport is about 25 minutes from the apartment. Remember to take the Antibes exit from the A8 freeway.
Neighborhood
As the neighborhood is residential, you can enjoy a quiet vacation in this family-friendly residence.

Le Sirena restaurant is 450 m (6 min.) away.
At 1.1 km (15 min.), you'll find the Casino Supermarket.

Notes
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2-story residence.
The apartment door can be slammed, so remember to always have the key with you when you leave to avoid paying locksmith fees during your stay (!)
Linen is included in your booking: one set per bed on arrival, along with shower towels. If you require a change of sheets/towels during your stay, please contact the agency for a quote.
Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, please empty the garbage cans on departure and wash the dishes before handing over the keys.
Pool towels are not included in the booking.
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
