This beautiful apartment is located in a secure, well-maintained building in downtown Antibes. It is fully equipped and has a balcony. It will be an ideal apartment for your family stays but also for your business stays.

The apartment is in a perfect location in Antibes, just a few steps from the famous Place de Gaulle, with a supermarket, restaurants, bakery, stores and bars less than 5 minutes' walk away.
The train station is a 10-minute walk from the building, and there are numerous buses in front of the residence.
Remarks
Cleaning is included in the booking. However, dishes must be washed on departure and rubbish disposed of.
A linen kit per bed is provided on arrival, depending on the number of people indicated on the reservation. As for towels, 1 large and 1 small towel per person will be provided on arrival.
If you require cleaning during your stay or clean linen, please contact the agency to obtain a quote for these additional services.
The apartment does not have air conditioning, but there is a fan in the bedroom.

Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
