This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is located in a secure, family-friendly building near La Salis beach. It has an elevator and an outdoor swimming pool. It's next to the beach and a 15-minute walk from the old town of Antibes and Juan les Pins.

Neighborhood
This apartment is located in the famous Antibes district known as "la Salis". Known for its fine sandy beaches and superb seaside atmosphere, la Salis beach is the last beach in Antibes before the entrance to Cap d'Antibes, just after the Ponteil beach. It's one of Antibes' best-known beaches and attracts many holidaymakers in summer.
This beach is in direct contact with the road. Families with children will therefore prefer the better-protected Plage du Ponteil (200 m away).
Beautiful views of Cap d'Antibes, the old town and the small fishing port of La Salis.
Transit
To reach the beach from downtown Antibes, take Avenue Albert 1er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes. The beach is located just before Cap d'Antibes (always keep to the left when driving along the seafront).
Everything is within walking distance. Located in a residential area, you can simply stroll along the beach and enjoy the nearby shops.
A public parking lot close to Plage du Ponteil is available for parking your vehicle.
Antibes SNCF train station 1.9 km and Juan les Pins SNCF train station 2.2 km away.
By car: A8 freeway, Antibes exit
Secure Ponteil parking lot 450 m from the apartment: approx. 60 euros/week
Nice airport (a bus will take you close to the apartment)
Notes
Cleaning costs are included at the end of your stay. However, please leave the dishes clean and the garbage cans out before you leave.
Bed linen is included in the booking. There will be one set of sheets per bed on arrival. There will also be one towel per person on arrival.
There is a roll of toilet paper, a bathroom cleaner, a kitchen towel and a sample of soap per person on arrival.
If you require additional linen and cleaning, please contact the agency for a quote.
The swimming pool is not heated. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. every day EXCEPT Sundays and public holidays.
There are no beach/pool towels in the apartment.
