The apartment is ideally located in the Montfleury district of Cannes, close to all amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, wine cellar, beauty salon, DYI store, hairdresser, printer, laundromat, etc.
The Palais des Festivals is 20 minutes from the apartment (on foot), 12 minutes from the train station (also on foot), 5 minutes from Rue d'Antibes and 10 minutes from the beaches.
It's a peaceful, family-friendly part of Cannes, yet right in the center of everything!
Notes
Bed linen is included in the booking: you will be provided with a set on arrival. Please ask for some for the sofa if necessary. One towel per person will also be prepared on arrival.
If you require new sheets and/or towels during your stay, please contact the agency to obtain a quote for the additional service.
Cleaning is included in the booking. Please wash dishes before departure and dispose of waste in the building's local garbage can.
No parties / No smoking / No pets.
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
