Located in a secure luxury residence, the apartment is on the 5th floor of the building, with a breathtaking view of the city.

Space

This high-standard apartment in a luxury residence is ideal for family stays.

The residence has a very large 8-hectare park where you can stroll and enjoy the swimming pool (unheated, outdoor).

It is composed as follows:

- Spacious entrance

- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (which will always be made up as double beds on arrival unless you ask for them to be made up as 2 single beds), storage space, large window overlooking a garden and 10m2 balcony.

- Bathroom 1: adjoining bedroom 1 with shower, toilet and washing machine.

- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, storage space, large window

- Bathroom 2: adjoining bedroom 2 with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet

- Independent, fully-equipped kitchen with central island (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, hob)

- Living room with sofa area, coffee table, TV and another breakfast area with dining table for 6. The living room has a breathtaking sea view, overlooking the Bay of Antibes and Port Vauban. The living room has access to the 29 m2 terrace through 2 bay windows.

The apartment has reversible air-conditioning (in bedrooms only) and WIFI.

Access

Travelers have access to the entire apartment.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is ideal for a family vacation. This corner of Antibes offers residents a quiet, safe residential environment with direct access to the town center and Antibes old town.
There are many stores in the vicinity, including a butcher, baker, mini-market, hairdresser, nail bar, restaurants, Antibes train station, bus station and more.

La Gravette beach is 1.3 km from the apartment, just a 19-minute walk away!

Interaction

I live in Cannes and am available by phone (SMS, calls) and can come to you if there are any problems with your stay. I'll be at the front of the apartment for the handover to explain everything and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm. If check-in is later than 7pm, please contact me to arrange an independent check-in.

Transit


The 200 bus stop from Nice airport is just a ten-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is also a ten-minute walk from the apartment (700 m).

By car, take the A8 freeway and exit at Antibes, then follow signs for Antibes Centre Ville.

Notes

Linen is included in the reservation. On arrival, a set of sheets will be provided per bed (two double beds, unless you request that the 4 single beds be made up instead), and a medium-sized shower towel will also be given per person on arrival.

A tea towel, a roll of toilet paper and a bath mat per bathroom will also be left on arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning is included. When you leave, the dishes must be washed and the rubbish removed.

The swimming pool is open all year round.
Opening hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The cold-water and ice-cube dispenser is no longer functional, but the freezer and fridge are.

Parking for city cars, no large vehicles.

Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.

If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.

Pool/beach towels are not included.

Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents and coffee are not available.
