The apartment is located in a very quiet, secure residence (24/7 security) with elevator.
It is fully furnished with new quality furniture (roche bobois, bo concept etc).
It is composed as follows:
- Spacious living room with flat-screen TV, sofa and dining area with table for 6. The living room opens onto a 13m² terrace with breathtaking sea views.
- Bedroom 1: double bed with storage, sea view and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: double bed with en-suite shower room
- Independent, fully-equipped kitchen with access to the second 61m² terrace, which also boasts magnificent sea views and a private Jacuzzi.
Wifi and air conditioning available throughout the apartment.
In the residence, you'll benefit from a private parking space, two swimming pools and access to tennis courts.
The apartment is ideally located near Golf Juan beach (7 minutes by car) and Palm Beach (10 minutes by car).

Please let us know your arrival time at the latest the day before your arrival, so that one of our team can be on site to hand over the keys and welcome you!
Notes
The swimming pool is not heated.
One set of sheets is provided per bed and one shower towel per person on arrival. You can request additional linen kits if you wish! We will quote you the price for these extra sheets.
Cleaning is done at the end of your stay. However, you will need to take out the rubbish and wash the dishes on your departure before the keys are handed over.
Departures are at 10 a.m. Please contact us at the latest the day before your departure to confirm the time of handover so that someone can come and collect the keys!
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents and coffee are not available.
