Beautiful 47 m2 apartment located in a recent residence with elevator and swimming pool. This 2-room apartment has an entrance hall with storage space, a spacious bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment has a terrace, air conditioning and a very pleasant location!
Space
Spacious, well-appointed apartment in a new, secure residence with elevator. The apartment is composed as follows:

The apartment has an outdoor swimming pool (unheated) in the residence available to holidaymakers.
The apartment also has reversible air conditioning.
Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction
Guests should contact the agency at least 2 days before arrival to arrange a time to collect the keys from the apartment address. As someone will have to come to the apartment to welcome you, a precise time for handing over the keys would be appreciated.
If you wish to arrive after 7 p.m., please ask the agency if an alternative arrival time is possible.
During the booking process, tenants can also contact the agency if they have any questions about the accommodation and/or the area, to ensure that their stay runs smoothly.
Departures must be no later than 10am. Please contact the agency to arrange a time to collect the keys.
Neighbourhood
The residence is just a few steps from the Les Oliviers swimming pool, with its outdoor park and greenery. At the corner of the street, you'll find the pretty Le Jardin restaurant, offering a spacious outdoor area and numerous food options, including their famous grilled meats.
Located in the Montfleury district, tenants can take full advantage of all the local shops, including pharmacies, bakeries, supermarkets, tobacconists, restaurants, bars, printers, wine shops, doctors, florists, post office, banks and more.
The Cannes SNCF train station and the famous Rue d'Antibes with its many boutiques are about 10 minutes from the apartment. A 15-minute walk will take you to the famous Croisette with its luxury stores and trendy beaches.
The Palais des Festivals is about a 25-minute walk from the apartment.
Notes
The apartment does not have a parking space, so you'll need to find one on the street, subject to availability. Nearby parking spaces are free day and night;
Parking is available under the intermaché on Place du Commandant Maria, an 8-minute walk from the apartment (for a fee, see rates on their website).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking. However, dishes must be washed on departure, and rubbish taken to the residence's garbage can.
A set of sheets will be provided for each bed on arrival, depending on the number of people booked. A shower towel will also be provided for each person on arrival.
Pool and/or beach towels are not included in the booking.
Linen changes during the stay are an additional charge, as is mid-stay cleaning. Please contact the agency to obtain a quote for these services.
The apartment door slams shut. Please remember to keep a key with you when you go out. Tenants who leave their keys in the door lock and/or keys inside the apartment and find themselves locked out will have to pay the locksmith's fee.
Evenings are prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
The swimming pool is reserved for tenants noted in the reservation. The condominium does not accept guests.

Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents and coffee are not available.
