Welcome to Mandelieu, the beautiful coastal town next to Cannes. Our spacious and comfortable apartment will welcome you for a wonderful vacation in the sun. You'll be seduced by the calm and beauty of the estate, situated between land and sea, ideal for beach days or hikes. You'll be just a few minutes from Cannes and the many activities offered by the French Riviera
Welcome to Mandelieu! Our apartment is located in a magnificent estate overlooking the Bay of Cannes. It's a private, wooded and secure estate, with a janitor at reception. Within the estate, you'll find a large, secure communal swimming pool with panoramic sea views, as well as two large clay tennis courts. And that's not all! You'll also have private access to hiking trails just a few meters from the building.
The apartment comprises a large bedroom with a double bed and a folding single bed, equipped with a TV, dressing room and chest of drawers for storage, as well as a French window giving access to the terrace. It also includes a large living-dining room opening onto a terrace with a comfortable sofa and TV, as well as a fully-equipped open kitchen. A terrace with dining table completes the ensemble.
Domaine de Bellevue in Mandelieu enjoys a privileged location, nestled in the heart of the magnificent Côte d'Azur region. Surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking scenery, this estate offers a true haven of peace for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The hiking trails adjacent to the estate are among its most popular highlights. These wind through the green hills and offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced hiker, these varied trails allow you to discover the natural beauty of the region at your own pace.
You'll be just a few minutes from the Mandelieu Old Course Golf Club, with its magnificent courses, 10 minutes from Cannes, 30 minutes from Nice airport and 1 hour from Saint-Tropez. For parking, there's a space in the building's garage, as well as visitor parking just a few meters from the building.
PASSENGER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over at 4pm at the accommodation address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be required for tourist tax, depending on the booking platform chosen.
SERVICE
