The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This beautiful 35 m² apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of the "Les Silènes" residence, in the Hauts de Préclaux complex, in the heart of Les Orres 1800 resort.
It comprises an entrance hall with storage opening onto a sleeping area, bathroom and separate toilet, then onto a living room with kitchenette, master bedroom and balcony.
It can easily accommodate up to 6 people in a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the master bedroom, two 90 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and the 140 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room.
You'll find everything you need for your stay here, including microwave, modern ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.
Ideally located on the square in Les Orres 1800, you'll be just a few steps from all the shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the snow front in winter and hiking and mountain-biking trails in summer, and its orientation towards the outside of the square means you can still enjoy the peace and quiet.
You'll also benefit from a private ski locker in the basement of your residence, as well as free access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna for a relaxing session after your sporting outings.
