Stay in this beautiful 25 m2 apartment in the famous Panier district, 3 min walk from the Old Port, 5 min from the metro and 20 min from Gare St-Charles. It's the ideal base for discovering Marseille!
Space
Our 25 m² apartment, located on Rue Fontaine de Caylus in the heart of the Panier district, is on the 1st floor (no elevator) of an old building, less than 3 minutes' walk from the Old Port. The bright, fully refurbished apartment comprises a living room with fitted kitchen. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. Ideally located for visiting Marseille, close to transport links (metro 5 min away) and the Old Port. The Mucem and La Major Cathedral are a 10-minute walk away. Restaurants and shops nearby.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Near our accommodation in Les Réformés, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
