Domaine Alizé Sainte-Marthe comprises 3 54 m² accommodations, each with its own terrace and private pool, set in 1000 m² of wooded grounds.
You can also enjoy a 34 m² putting green right in your own backyard, a first in Guadeloupe! Come and relax in this pretty cottage, set in a peaceful, leafy estate ideally located in St François.
Space
The 54 m² "Les Saintes" house, set in a 1000 m² plot, comprises a living/dining room with sofa, armchairs and TV, as well as an inside table with 4 chairs.
The fully-equipped kitchen, open to the living room, will enable you to cook delicious dishes to be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors, with an outdoor table and chairs also available on the terrace.
The 2 bedrooms (9 m²) have Queen Size beds (160 x 200 cm).
The bathroom has a shower and washbasin, and the toilet is in a separate room.
Take advantage of the maisonette's exterior, with its 11 m² terrace featuring garden furniture and private 1.30 m deep swimming pool, and stroll around the estate's 1000 m² wooded grounds. Don't miss out on the 34 m² putting green for golf enthusiasts!
There's also a barbecue and utensils for grilling under the Guadeloupean sun!

Domaine Alizé Sainte-Marthe is located in an attractive urban neighborhood on the edge of a rural area. Many shops are close by.
Within a 2 km radius of the property, you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, a casino, an 18-hole golf course, a medical center and the town center of Saint-François with its local produce market.
The 2 nearest beaches are less than 3 km away.
The estate is a 50-minute drive from the airport.
Transit
To get around and take full advantage of the island's many attractions, we strongly recommend renting a car.

A parking space is available in a secure parking lot on the estate.
