Discover this beautiful T3 apartment on the first floor of a villa with a 30m² terrace in a small, quiet neighborhood that can accommodate up to 4 people and a baby, located in Le Diamant, one of the most touristic towns in southwest Martinique.

This 63m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people plus a baby. The apartment is ideal for a vacation with family or friends, with its excellent comfort, high standard and location just 3 minutes by car from shops, restaurants, the market and the beach.
It's equipped with all the services and facilities you'll need for a pleasant vacation: washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, crockery, cooking and cleaning utensils, bed linen, towels and tea towels, TV, WIFI Internet access.
The apartment offers two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds for cool, restful nights.
One bathroom with shower, separate WC.
A second bathroom and WC are available on request for a fixed price.
Access
You'll have access to two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a private terrace overlooking the garden.

Neighborhood
The apartment is located in a neighborhood 800 meters or 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from the beach and Le Diamant town center.
You'll particularly appreciate the peace and quiet in the heart of tropical vegetation and the beauty of a fenced garden with trees, security assured.

Transit
To get to Le Diamant, take the RN5, the first exit on the right just after the airport roundabout. Look for the southbound signs (Ducos, François, Trois-ilets, Marin).
Drive along the RN5, passing 4 roundabouts, the fourth of which is the commune of Rivière Salée, just before the diamond.
Then you pass under the first bridge, still on the RN5, and take the exit just before the second bridge to go to Le Diamant.
200 m after the exit, there's a roundabout and you head straight for Le Diamant.
On the road to Le Diamant, you have three roundabouts to go through, still going straight ahead, and you've reached Le Diamant by the third roundabout.
Remember to call us when you get close to the diamond.
Notes
You can book for 2 to 4 people plus a child aged 0 to 2.
A high chair and a baby bed with mosquito net are available.
Please note that a system has been installed to regulate the air-conditioning, which will only be available in the evening, to save energy.
Rates are valid for F3, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC and for 4 people.
