Come and discover the charm of a fully renovated family home dating from the 1920s in Nice. It comprises a kitchen, living-dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sunny from morning to night, you'll be ideally located, close to the town and the sea, yet in a peaceful setting. A parking space will be reserved for you, as well as an attractive terrace.

Would you like to escape to the Côte d'Azur and enjoy the mild climate, sea and scenery with family and friends? Come and discover the charm and warmth of a fully-renovated 1920s family home in Nice. Sunny from morning to night, you'll be ideally located, close to the town and the sea, yet in a peaceful setting. A parking space is reserved for you, and there's a lovely terrace at the foot of the house where you can relax with garden furniture. The adjoining plancha will help you enjoy your stay.
Divided into 2, you'll enjoy 140m2 of living space on 2 levels. The first level comprises an entrance hall, a large fully-equipped Provencal-style kitchen, a 40m2 living-dining room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people, and a separate toilet.
A grand staircase leads to the night area. It leads to a hall, 1 master bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed and en-suite shower room, and 2 large bedrooms with storage space and a 160 x 200cm bed, which can be separated if required. A bathroom with WC completes this floor. As an added bonus, two of the bedrooms have sea views. Local shops (a mini-market, a chemist and a florist) and public transport just across the street make life easy. There's also a small children's playground just a 2-minute walk away.
If you're bringing a family with young children, I can provide everything you need to welcome them comfortably: cot, high chair, safety gate for the stairs and a few games.

You will have private access to the entire house, the terrace and the parking space.

Transit
The house is close to the freeway, so you can visit the region and Italy without crossing the city. You can easily get to town by bus or on foot.
