You'll enjoy a beautiful garden with private pool, a large terrace with sea views, a gym, a sauna, 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious living room.

Inside, the villa comprises on the garden level: an entrance hall with checkroom where you'll also find a safe, a vast living room with open kitchen and two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom.
On the ground floor: a bedroom with a 160cm sofa bed, bathroom and sauna, and a second bedroom with bathroom and dressing room.
Please use plastic glasses when around the pool.

The villa is located in Villeneuve Loubet plage. It overlooks the sea and the Baie des Anges marina. A shopping area is located between the villa and the sea, giving you easy access to all the shops on foot. The famous Marina Baie des Anges is just 800 m from the villa, so you can walk to the sea.
The Villeneuve Loubet train station is also nearby, making it easy to visit the Côte d'Azur without a car.
