In Berry, on the banks of the Creuse, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Nature Park and close to the Venice of Berry, Argenton-sur-Creuse.
Semi-detached accommodation close to the village center, but facing the garden and river. Peace and quiet guaranteed, ideal for a fishing holiday.
Benefits: Private access to the Creuse River, with the option of fishing from a boat moored to the bank, river views, all-inclusive rates. Level from the street, enclosed front courtyard with car parking, public parking spaces in front of the gite.
Entrance (one step from courtyard), living room and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 x 90 cm beds and 1 x 140 cm bed). Each of these rooms has access to the terrace and views over the Creuse river.
On the other side of the corridor is the bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, a bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed) and a laundry room.
From the terrace, a spiral staircase leads to the private, enclosed garden with pergola and access to the banks of the Creuse. A rowing boat is even moored here, allowing you to fish in peace and quiet.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 kWh per day at your disposal (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
