Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers in Courseulles-sur-Mer, just 100 meters from the beach, we offer this charming 53 m² studio for rent, with a sea view. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty living room with sleeping area, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, access to an east-facing 6 m² loggia with table and chairs and a view of the marina.
- The studio is traversing, with a sleeping area separated from the living room by a curtain. It features a double sofa and access to a second 6 m² loggia, facing west, with recliners.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, gas hob...
- Bathroom with bath and washbasin
- Separate WC
The studio is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, west of the Seulle, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Thanks to the loggia in the bedroom, you can enjoy magnificent sunsets.
What's more, just a few steps away, you'll have access to all the essential stores as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the parking lot in front of the sailing school or in front of the residence (out of season).

- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 28 km (34 min by car)
- A bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
