To reserve this property, we require that at least one guest be at least 29 years old and agree to all house rules. This is a beautiful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring homes.
This charming two-bedroom apartment with stunning sea views is located on the Riviera del Sol, just 10-15 minutes' walk from the beach and fitness center, restaurants, stores and much more. The property comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/living room with dining space for 4. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and 160 cm-wide double beds. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable terrace with dining furniture where you can enjoy the sea view. If you're traveling with children, you can use the sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed measures 140 cm and is suitable for children up to 12 years.
The neighborhood boasts several restaurants, bars, grocery stores and stores, all within easy walking distance. Right next to the beach, you'll find the Reebok gym, where you'll also find the popular Max Beach restaurant, a charming eatery with stunning sea views and good food. In this building, you'll also find the Mao restaurant. If you like paddle tennis, you'll find the Riviera 11 sports club, just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. This sports club offers gym and padel courts, a skateboard ramp and a restaurant.
This property is ideal for those who like to relax and enjoy everyday Spanish life. It is not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. This is a peaceful family place where all guests must respect the rules of the house and the community. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making high-pitched noises at inappropriate volumes. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
