The accommodation consists of :
FIRST FLOOR:
Toilet with shower.
Large living-dining room on two levels, fully equipped with table, chairs, TV and sofa.
From the living room, access to a covered terrace with double sofa bed (ideal for 2 children) overlooking the private pool and garden, with table, chairs and awning for al fresco dining.
The living room also provides access to a space on the lower floor (basement). Private parking for 2 cars.
Large, bright, fully-equipped kitchen.
1st floor:
2 double bedrooms, each with 135 cm bed and wardrobe
1 bedroom with chest of drawers and three single beds, one of which is a trundle.
1 WC with shower.

House rules :
- Pets are not allowed.
- It will be necessary to provide identification for all guests and to sign the corresponding contract between the parties.
- The house is rented with sheets but WITHOUT towels (optional towels 4 euros per person).
- Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.).
Check-in time: from 4:30 pm.
Check-out time: 11am.
- On departure, you must leave the house as it was when you arrived. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Garbage cannot be left in the house.
- The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach via card pre-authorization.
- The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be pre-authorized with the credit card on the day of arrival at the accommodation.
