On the first floor, you'll find a living room with lounge and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, an air-conditioned double bedroom (bed 160x200cm), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm). The master beams (height 160cm) have been highlighted to recall the cachet of the old buildings.) Outside, a private enclosed garden (45cm low wall at the front of the property) of almost 400m² is at your disposal: garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, terrace, small garage to store your bicycles, parking space for 2 vehicles/trailer. 2 bicycles available free of charge. Tandem bikes can be hired from the owners, subject to availability (€50/stay). FOR EVERY STAY: sheets, household linen (tea towels, placemats). In addition: bathroom linen (5 € / pers), end-of-stay cleaning (40 €) and heating & electricity (from October to April). Dogs accepted only (no cats). In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient nature park, close to the Vélovoie bicycle path and 25 minutes from Troyes, come and stay in this small, cosy house, ideal for couples, families or friends. A second gîte, just a few yards away, can accommodate up to 9 people, with the option of a shared garden via a gate. Tourist attractions: water sports, swimming, Nigloland. Forest, vélovoie, fishing on site. Electric car recharging point 300 m away and children's playground/fitness area 450 m away.
