This flat can accommodate up to 8 people.
Located on Promenade Lafargue, on the front line facing the ocean, this flat offers all the comforts you need, just a stone's throw from the beach and the shops in the town centre, which is very popular with holidaymakers!
The flat comprises a large living room opening onto the sea-facing balcony, equipped with a 90cm-wide sofa-bed, a desk, a sofa, coffee tables, a dining table with 8 chairs for enjoying a meal with family or friends, a large TV screen and WIFI. A glass roof, where you can sleep in an extra double sofa bed.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and plenty of storage space.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside tables, a single sofa bed, an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and storage unit, and a small, fully-equipped kitchen. The second bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed and an en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin. The second bedroom has a comfortable 140cm sofa bed and a shower room with shower and vanity unit.
The sleeping area is quietly located at the rear of the residence and is well separated from the living area.
