Casa Clara was completely renovated in spring 2024.
It is located about 500m from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, with many year-round residents living on the street.
The house has 2 terraces, one on the upper floor, the other on the ground floor that runs around the house.
It is also possible to park a car on the terrace, which is closed by a portal.
One of the bedrooms opens directly onto the terrace via a bay window.
The bathroom has direct access to the terrace and doubles as an outdoor shower.
Both bedrooms have double beds.
A wall-mounted air conditioner is installed in the living room, and some international TV channels are available via our television.
The house is also equipped to accommodate a baby; equipment is available on request.
