On the edge of a lake, on the outskirts of Mauriac, a town with an exceptional historical heritage, and just a few minutes from Salers, a medieval town classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, Val saint jean and its many attractions: aquatic center, lake, water sports center, 9-hole golf course, hiking trails....will enable young and old alike to discover a magnificent and authentic region.
Services, leisure activities and entertainment
Free access to the aquatic center from July 1 to August 31. Free access to orienteering and hiking trails. During the summer, a weekly entertainment program included in the rental price offers young people, adults and the whole family a wide range of on-site activities. A nautical base, a beach, a fishing zone and a 9-hole golf course complete this leisure offer.
Description of the region
On the outskirts of Mauriac, one of the oldest towns in the Cantal born around 2000 years ago and endowed with a rich heritage, Le Val Saint Jean is ideally situated between the Cantal mountains (Puy Mary 30 km away, the medieval town of Salers 20 minutes away..) and the Dordogne (Barrage de l'Aigle 15 minutes away).
9 35 m² mezzanine plus 8 m² open-air terrace 1 bedroom with double bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in the mezzanine, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 people 1 shower room 1 separate toilet 1 equipped kitchenette. Equipment included in chalets: TV, dishwasher, microwave, garden furniture.
