Renovated air-conditioned studio cabin (140cm bed) with balcony - Residence with outdoor pool (summer) facing the beach and small sea view. Capitainerie Plage Nord district, facing La Grande Motte Bay - Beach 200m away.

This very comfortable Studio Cabin apartment (for 2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers), WIFI, has been completely refurbished (reversible air conditioning, double glazing, fully-equipped kitchen, shower room).
Located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence, without elevator, it sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children) for a wonderful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence's private parking lot for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets allowed on request 30 euros extra* * Pre-registered, non-debitable deposit of 300 euros with 5.96 euros registration fee*.

The living room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise... Take the time to discover the surrounding vineyards, with their vin des sable and Pic St Loup wines!

Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (Vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a square table for 4 to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 140 cm folding bed, 65x65 square pillows, comforter. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on reservation at 20 euros for 2 people.
Flat-screen TV in living room.

Cabin side: 2 90cm bunk beds, 65x65cm square pillows, comforter, for children and teenagers. Outdoor swimming pool (summer) wristbands

Shower room, washbasin with drawer units, toilet.

Location: Ideally situated on the north beach, shops in the Camargue 2000 shopping center, 400m from the residence, restaurants, riding school and the lively North Beach district facing the Bay of La Grande Motte. This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in mid-afternoon, and learn about the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic site for yachts, sailboats and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the Plage Nord promenade, and follow the flight of the pink flamingos over the Camargue waterways.
A real favorite for lovers of peace and quiet on the green spaces side and right in the town center on the entrance side of the Residence.

Access: At your convenience, we can welcome you on site, by appointment, on arrival and departure! You can also arrive independently with a key box on the apartment door. You'll have the whole apartment at your disposal to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 5 km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
