The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This charming mountain-style apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator of the "Les Églantines" residence, on the shopping square above the slopes in Les Orres 1800.
With a surface area of 35 m², it features an entrance hall with storage space, a spacious bedroom with closet, a sleeping area, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the sunny, south-facing balcony, you can admire a magnificent view of the snow front, slopes and surrounding peaks.
It can easily accommodate up to 6 people, with a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the master bedroom, two 80 x 190 cm single beds that can be joined to form a 160 x 190 cm bed in the sleeping area, and a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room. You'll also find all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay.
Ideally located, you'll be in the heart of Les Orres 1800 resort, just a few steps from all the restaurants, bars and small shops in the area, as well as at the foot of the ski slopes in winter and the hiking and mountain-biking trails in summer.
You'll also benefit from a private ski locker, opening directly onto the snow front, and free access to the residence's magnificent outdoor heated swimming pool and sauna (open only in season, summer and winter).
