In the commune of La Bresse, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 30 m² flat for rent, facing south-west with a mountain View and free shuttle service to the ski resort. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a 70 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
- A 17 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area, sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) (90×190) and access to the terrace/green area.
- Open-plan kitchenette with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A 12 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture
- A private, enclosed garden (by putting the gate in the ski room) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are just a 5-minute walk away, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.
There are two ski resorts and a wide range of winter activities:
- La Bresse Honheck about 4 km away (the largest resort in the Vosges)
- La Bresse-Lispach, a family resort during the school holidays, with free shuttle buses 300 metres away on foot.
Activities :
- Bol d'Air: 10% discount on winter sports equipment hire and many activities. 2 km away (3 min by car).
- Planet Evasion Gérardmer : 10% discount on all Laser Game and Kart services (real Mario Kart, unique in France!). 16 km away (23 min by car).
- Fraispertuis City amusement park: reduced-price tickets and no queuing. 53 km away (1 hour by car).
- La Ferme Aventure - La Chapelle aux Bois: Reduced admission. 58 km away (1h10 by car).
- Sports and leisure activities : Summer sledging, mountain biking, swimming, diving, paragliding, accrobranche, or lazing by the lakes and waterfalls. A real break in a relaxing setting.
- Étang de Sèchemer: A small pond just a 40-minute walk from Lac des Corbeaux, perfect for picnics and dragonfly watching.
- Lacs de Lispach et de la Ténine: Peat bogs classified as "sensitive natural areas" with educational panels. 8.5 km away (15 min by car), a must-see.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (1 vehicle).

Shuttle buses are available to take you to the ski resorts during the school holidays and at weekends.
