Situated in the south of the Massif Central, between Aubrac and Margeride, this former independent stone farmhouse has been completely renovated in a quiet location, in a hamlet on a farm. It benefits from a direct view over the forests and is close to hiking trails. The gîte has a large living area, ideal for getting together with family or friends.
First floor: large, bright living room with TV, WIFI, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, combi-freezer), separate toilet, garage.
Upstairs: 1 mezzanine (games area), 1 large bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed) communicating with 1 bedroom (1 x 120cm single bed and 1 x 90cm single bed), 2 bathrooms with WC, one with washing machine.
Aerothermal central heating. Bed linen and towels included. Baby cot available on loan.
Private courtyard with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
