In a small rural village located in the south of the Massif Central between Mont Lozère and the Gorges du Tarn at 940m altitude, old stone house dating from 1771 fully renovated located in the middle of the village.
The house comprises a basement and 2 upper floors.
Basement could be used for storage.
1st floor: living room (TV, wood-burning stove, sofa, storage cupboard, WIFI), open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), master bedroom with double bed (140cm), shower room and toilet.
2nd floor: a landing leads to 2 large vaulted bedrooms, the first with a 140cm bed and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has storage space and two 90cm double beds. These 2 bedrooms have 2 windows with a breathtaking view of Mont Aigoual. On the same landing are a separate toilet and a fully renovated shower room with shower + washbasin unit + radiator. Large terrace with unobstructed view. A wooden table + 6 chairs + parasol are provided for a pleasant moment.
A private space opposite the gîte is available for parking your vehicles. A barbecue is also available.
Pets are not allowed.
The heating is to be paid on the spot in supplement beyond 8kWh/day from 01/09 to 02/11/2024.
