in the hypercenter of the climatic and tourist resort of Val André (classified 2), pleasant little renovated apartment with a FULL VIEW of the sea, the beach and the whole Bay of St Brieuc, 27m² with a small bedroom with a 140cm bed in a small building of 38 apartments served by 3 different staircases. it's on the 4th and top floor without an elevator, but with a 23m² balcony equipped with a 180° view of the sea and the fine sandy beach 20m away, with no road to cross.
