Ideal for a weekend with the family, several families, friends, couples or singles, our "ISA" furnished apartment can accommodate up to 11 people.
Renovated in keeping with the existing wooden structure, cross-beams and parquet flooring, it comprises
1 small, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.).
1 dining room (adjoining the kitchen)
1 living room,
1 large dining area
4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor with a double bed and 3 upstairs with a double bed and 2 single beds, a double bed, a double bed and a single bed)
3 shower rooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the attic floor),
1 entrance hall,
all set in enclosed grounds planted with trees, between a garden (with barbecue and outdoor dining facilities) and a relaxation and games area (table soccer, table tennis, etc.).

Bed linen, towels and crockery are provided.
Cots, high chairs, bathtubs, etc. are available on request.
The house is not accessible to wheelchair users (thresholds, steps, stairs).
On the first floor, master beams run through the house, making it necessary to bend down.
the shower rooms have sloping ceilings and low shower heights (1.70 m).
Each bathroom has a sink, 1 toilet and 1 shower.
On-site parking is available in the carport and on the street.
Wood-fired heating or pellet stoves (priority) provide complementary heat to electric heating, and wood or pellets are supplied.


ISA" FURNITURE - BOOKING CONDITIONS

Minimum booking 2 nights
Weekly rentals available on request
Arrival (6 p.m.) and departure (12 a.m.) times are flexible.
The cleaning charge is 100 euros and must be paid in cash on arrival.
A deposit cheque for 250 euros is payable on arrival when the keys are handed over. It will be returned after departure.
A certificate of holiday civil liability insurance should be sent by e-mail (holiday civil liability insurance is part of the cover that you will certainly have in your comprehensive home insurance policy, and should be requested from your insurer).
