Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 1 - depth 40 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Public parking on the road. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
