Magnificent 50-square-meter chalet in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
This charming, comfortable chalet is perfect for a mountain break with family or friends.
With a surface area of 50 m², it has a bedroom with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to four people.
You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities.

Accommodation
Warm and well-appointed, this chalet is fully equipped and includes:
- A bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed;
- A bathroom with shower and separate toilet;
- A fully-equipped kitchen;
- A living room with a 160 cm sofa bed for relaxing after a day's outing;
- An equipped terrace and a 400 m² garden;
- And a driveway for two to three cars.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: wifi connection, TV, hairdryer, iron, barbecue, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the highlights of this chalet is its location:
- In a quiet natural setting with incredible views;
- In the village of Les Bois au Praz, 5/10 minutes by car from Chamonix;
- A 10-minute walk from the Flégère ski lifts, the starting point for many hikes, including the one to Lac Blanc in summer;
- A 2-minute walk from the charming hotel-restaurant La Prairie, which serves delicious crêpes and ice creams in its garden;
- Close to hiking trails;
- Only a 10-minute walk from Les Praz SNCF train station if you don't have your own car;
- In winter, a shuttle bus runs past the chalet to take you directly to the Flégère ski lifts.
For your daily needs, you'll find supermarkets in Chamonix (Super U or Carrefour market) or Argentiere (Super U), an 8-minute drive away.
Places of interest to visit:
- Chamonix town center, 9 minutes away by car;
- Musée des Cristaux - Espace Tairraz, 10 minutes away;
- Aiguille du Midi cable car, 11 minutes away, and much more.

Location
Chamonix is a famous ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
