The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This large 60 m² duplex apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 people for a mountain getaway in the heart of Les Orres 1800.
Ideally located, you're just a few steps from all the shops: bakery, mini-markets, restaurants, souvenir and local produce stores, ski rental shops....
The apartment has a balcony and comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, etc.; and a living room with a TV, sofa bed and dining area for 8 guests.
On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with two single beds and a sleeping area with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a second separate toilet.
To relax after a day in the mountains, you'll appreciate access to the residence's wellness area with its superb outdoor heated swimming pool and sauna cabins (open only in season, summer and winter).
For a hassle-free stay, don't hesitate to reserve a space in the residence's underground parking lot, with elevator access to the accommodation (extra charge and subject to availability).
