Detached house for 4 people in a quiet neighborhood, comprising a ground-floor living room with open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room, separate toilet and storeroom. Upstairs: bedroom, sleeping area and shower room with WC. Enclosed garden, terrace and swimming pool with alarm, garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha. Parking on the property.
