This apartment, located in the Aveiros area, just 400 meters from Aveiros beach and the lively and popular OURA where you will find everything you need without needing a car.

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, a chair and two small bedside tables and a window. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. Both use the common bathroom complete with bathtub.
This area of the city is busy and full of fun, everything is close by, it is ideal for those who value accessibility to the beach, proximity to restaurants and bars, shops, supermarkets and terraces in addition to all the services available in the area.
The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.

We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years of age. Reservations for people aged between 18 and 25 will require a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking the good condition of the apartment. If anything is damaged, the cost of repairing or replacing it will be deducted from the deposit.
