Accommodation Rules:
No noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM;
Do not disturb or disrespect the neighbors;
Parties or events are prohibited;
Pets are not allowed;
At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older to check in;
It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants permitted in the accommodation, even if they are visitors;
A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded up to 7 days after check-out;
Compliance with these and other accommodation rules, as expressed in the Local Accommodation Book, is mandatory;
Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via mobile phone to arrange the check-in time and location, and to know if you have any special requests to be provided before your arrival.
