The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This pleasant 34 m² apartment for 6 people is ideal for your stay with family or friends. It's located at an altitude of 1800 m in the "Les Colchiques" building, just a stone's throw from all the shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rentals, etc.).
Facing east, you can take full advantage of the balcony with its lovely view of the slopes and larch forest.
The apartment features an entrance hall with storage space, a living/dining room with TV and a fully equipped kitchenette: toaster, kettle, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave...
Sleeping facilities include a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), two single beds (80 x 190 cm) in the sleeping area and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room.
A bathroom with bathtub for relaxing and a separate toilet complete the picture.
Take advantage of a private ski box to store all your ski equipment, and ski straight to the slopes as soon as you leave the ski locker.
You can also reserve a parking space in the underground parking lot directly with our agency (extra charge and subject to availability).
For your convenience, the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool is freely accessible, as are the sauna cabins (wellness area open only in season, summer and winter).
