This 41-square-meter apartment is located in the heart of the tourist center of Cannes, in the "La Banane" district.
Just 3 minutes from the Palais des Festivals and 5 minutes from the beaches.
It is ideal for a tourist stay and can accommodate up to 4 people.
There are several bus stops nearby, and the train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Accommodation
Located on the 1st floor, without elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed, which can also be converted into 2 90x200cm beds;
- a fully renovated, functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- living room with sofa bed.
You'll particularly appreciate its position, brightness and calm.
