Discover the Vendée during your stay at La Féneraie. Enjoy a wide range of activities in La Roche sur Yon, including a free-fall simulator at the airport (2.5 km), the Potager Extraordinaire (4.8 km) and, of course, the town center and the Haras de la Vendée (7.5 km). If you want to go further afield, you can slide down the O'Gliss Park slides (37 km), take a trip around the Mervent forest (46 km), explore the beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne (48 km) and visit the Puy du Fou (51 km). Situated in the countryside, this house offers a first floor accessible to people with reduced mobility, comprising a living room/lounge/kitchen, two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (adapted for people with reduced mobility) and the other with a double bed (adapted for people with reduced mobility), a shower room/WC (adapted for people with reduced mobility), and a linen room. The living room opens onto the centerpiece of this gîte: a large air-conditioned relaxation area with 6-seater spa and sauna, opening onto the terrace, and also providing access to a second shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs (with a slight sloping ceiling), you'll find a new lounge area, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 90cm beds, 3 with 140cm beds), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a 500m² plot with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Farms (livestock and crops) are located around 1 km from the accommodation.
