This studio has just been completely renovated!
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a sleeping area with a double bed ;

- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a relaxation area with a sofa.
You'll particularly appreciate its calm and luminosity, thanks to French windows opening onto a wooded garden.
Please note that the garden is not accessible.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Hairdryer, Steamer/ironer, Oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio's location is appreciated by travelers:
- in a building with a janitor and surveillance cameras;

What's more, there's plenty to do nearby:

Location
Paris' 11th arrondissement stretches from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and the Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it's nevertheless consistent in the idea that it's a lively arrondissement, full of bars and restaurants, where there's plenty to experience.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges and hospitals, as well as the Gare de Lyon, which brings a steady stream of travelers to the center.
