Gentilly is on the outskirts of Paris, served by RER line B, which provides easy access to downtown Paris, the Luxembourg Gardens and Roissy airport. A direct bus service to Orly airport stops at the Charlety stadium, less than 10 minutes away on foot. The nearby T3a tramway takes you to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and the convention center, which hosts a number of trade shows each year, including the Salon de l'Automobile, the Salon de l'Agriculture and the Salon 1re Vision. On foot, you can easily reach the Stade Charléty, the Maison des Examens and the Parc Montsouris. There are also restaurants and a Franprix supermarket nearby, open 7 days a week.
