- SWIMMING POOL in the residence (subject to prefectural drought decree).
Completely renovated villa located in the "Les Leucatines I" residence. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room, WC, veranda and terrace with shower and plancha. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and a shower room.
Facilities: Air-conditioning, WIFI, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Plancha, Solar-heated shower, TV only via shared screen/connection (no aerial). Private parking.
Sleeps: 1 bed 160, 3 beds 90, sofa.
Deposit system for pool wristbands (managed by the residence), and pool open only in July/August.
Quiet neighborhood with shops approx. 450 m away and beach approx. 600 m.
