The flat is located in a characteristic Borgo, surrounded by a beautiful park. The view of the rolling Chianti hills is wonderful. The holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people, and is an ideal base for exploring the Chianti region dotted with historic villages and towns with breathtaking views.
The flat is located on the first floor with panoramic views, access via a private external staircase leads to the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV-SMART, air conditioning, from the living room you climb 5 steps to access a well equipped open kitchen with dining area. The kitchen includes induction hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The flat has been renovated keeping the characteristic Tuscan style with terracotta floors and wooden beams, the view from the windows is very beautiful and relaxing.

The flat is located in a Borgo where there are 16 flats, we are in the municipality of Radda in Chianti, only 2 km from the historical centre of Castellina in Chianti. The location is very quiet, sunny, with a beautiful view of the Chianti hills, Gallo Nero.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. It is an excellent base for gastronomic itineraries among the Chianti vineyards. For lovers of self-catering, the local markets and shops are a treasure trove of zero-kilometre products: vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, olive oil, excellent wine.
Some of Italy's most beautiful towns and villages are within easy reach. Florence, only 1 hour away, offers some of the most beautiful galleries, museums and architecture in the world. As well as the cities of Siena (30 minutes); Pisa, with its Leaning Tower (1 hour 40 minutes); San Gimignano (50 minutes), famous for its many towers; Volterra, the medieval city of alabaster ( 1 hour); Gaiole in Chianti awaits you for the start of the Eroica ( 35 minutes); for a day of absolute relaxation and pampering Rapolano Terme (45 minutes); Valdichiana Village ( 1 hour ) awaits you for designer shopping.
The nearest airports are Florence, 55 minutes by car, and Pisa, 1 hour and 30 minutes away. A damage deposit of 1000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
