THE RESIDENCE
The "Les Jardins d'Azur" 3* residence is located in the heart of a 3-hectare wooded park at the foot of the Estérel massif, in the residential district of Boulouris, around 150 m from retail outlets (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy...), around 700 m from La Tortue beach within walking distance, and a 20-minute walk from the Port of Santa Lucia (excursions to Cannes, Saint-Tropez...). The residence comprises 150 homes grouped together in hamlets of Provencal charm. The gently sloping grounds face the Mediterranean and offer a warm, green backdrop of maritime pines, mimosas, oaks and palm trees. The huge sandy beach of Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël and its lively nightlife are around 3 km away, accessible via the small Boulouris train station, 500 m from the residence.
Due to its hillside location, the residence is not recommended for people with mobility problems.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION
All apartments feature a kitchenette equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. All apartments have a bathroom with toilet, a terrace or balcony of 5 to 10 m² with garden furniture (or a private garden with terrace on the ground floor). You'll also find sufficient crockery, blankets and pillows. TV included.
Studio cabin 2/4 people, air-conditioned, approx. 25 m²: Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), sleeping area separated from living room (door) with 2 bunk beds*.
* High beds are not suitable for children under 6 (Decree n°95.949 of 25/08/1995).

Equipment and size of accommodation just right for 4 people uncomfortable bed, narrow kitchen and terrace with air-conditioning leaking everywhere. Worst of all, the washing machine is missing, as it is in the description of the accommodation.
