Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Pietrosella, we offer this charming and new 64 m² flat with sea view, 150 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 33 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. With bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you to come and relax!

The flat is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant setting just 150 m from the sea. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. The tourist office is 10 minutes south of Porticcio, right next to the boat/shuttle that will take you quickly across the golf course to Ajaccio.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest ferry terminal: Ajaccio 25 km away (about 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte 18 km (about 20 min by car)
