Located on the heights of Anse Marcel Bay, in the upscale AURA complex, this two-level unit offers the ideal haven for a dream vacation on Saint-Martin, for two, with friends or family.
As soon as you enter, on the second level, you'll find a large open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and furnished, opening onto a large living room with TV. The balcony provides natural light into this beautiful living space.
Descend the stairs to the first level, where you'll find the sleeping area with two bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, large walk-in closets, a king-size bed (200x200), and its own bathroom. Each bedroom has its own bay window, giving direct access to the private swimming pool, the jewel in the crown of this atypical unit.
The unit is equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay a pleasant one, including a washing machine, air conditioning and high-speed fiber-optic internet connection.
For bookings of 7 days or more, take advantage of the transportation service to and from the airport, as well as the provision of a rental car.
You can also take advantage of the 24-hour concierge service and access to the resort's gym.
Although there may be temporary malfunctions in the water and electricity distribution networks, rest assured that everything has been put in place to overcome these difficulties. In fact, the complex is equipped with cisterns and generators to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
It's important to bear in mind, however, that you're on a small island, where infrastructures may be different and smaller than on a mainland.
Please note that the water supplied comes from a desalination plant that requires electricity to operate.
