Comfortable holiday apartment with communal pool in the idyllic Jesus Pobre, Costa Blanca, Spain for 4 people. A small village between Denia and Javea, offers an original Mediterranean environment. Denia, as well as Javea and their various beaches, can be reached in just 10 minutes by car, the golf course of La Sella and La Xara in just 5 minutes by car. In La Xara there is the new train station with connections to Benidorm and the coastal towns of Calpe and Altea.The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex on the ground floor and within walking distance you can reach several restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a church and a small supermarket. Directly opposite is the antique RiuRau of Jesus Pobre where monthly antique markets take place.The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as an open, spacious kitchen with all appliances. There is a communal garden with lawn and trees and a view of the valley and the mountains. There is also a communal pool and a small playground for children. Shopping, sports activities, leisure facilities, places to go out, sights and culture can be reached in 10-20 minutes by car.
