The property is located in the small, picturesque town of Dro in Northern Italy's Sarco River Valley. Surrounded by mountains, the town is a 17-minute drive north of Lake Garda where visitors will find opportunities for sailing, windsurfing and swimming. The closest lake-side beach is a 17-minute drive away in Riva del Garda. The Sarca River also provides opportunities for adventurous water sports such as canyoning and kayaking. In the winter months, visitors are in reach of several ski resorts including Snowpark Monte Bondone (a 40-minute drive) and the gentle slopes of Mori (a 30-minute drive).
