The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This beautiful 48 m² apartment is located on the shopping square of Les Orres 1800, on the second floor of the "Les Érines" residence, with elevator, and can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
It comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a spacious living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a sleeping area, a bathroom and shower room, a separate toilet and a balcony overlooking the Serre-Ponçon valley.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty meals after your outdoor activities: filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, hob...
Sleeping facilities include a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and plenty of storage space, a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (160 x 190 cm) if you wish, and a closet, a sleeping area with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) in the living room.
You'll be close to all the resort's restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, small shops and activities, and just a few meters from the snow front in winter and hiking and mountain-biking trails in summer.
You'll also benefit from a private ski locker and free access to the residence's magnificent outdoor heated swimming pool and sauna (open during winter and summer seasons).
