"I'm not brand new, but I'm very practical. 48m² of interior space, 3 large bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. What's more, I'm in a very shady spot, so there's no need for air conditioning. Ideal for sports groups or large families, as I have a large kitchen + lounge area. It's easy for 10 people to eat inside or outside. The outdoor area is very pleasant in the middle of nature and is equipped for convivial moments under the Luberon sun!
Kitchen equipment: crockery/cutlery adapted to the number of guests, sink, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, extractor fan.
Sanitary facilities: 1 shower and 1 WC
